Pizza Tower, Peppino Spaghetti, a pizza chef, must navigate the game's namesake structure in order to save his pizzeria.
The gameplay emphasizes increasing score, maintaining combos, accumulating items, and moving rapidly. Various moves and attacks are helpful for achieving these objectives. At the conclusion of each level, the player initiates an escape sequence that compels them to return to the beginning of the level.
Unlike most other platform games, the user does not have health or lives during normal gameplay. In addition, there are no standard game difficulty levels; rather, the majority of levels' difficulty is determined by the player's performance.
